Ombudsman district office starts functioning

CHINIOT-The Adviser to Punjab Ombudsman urged people to lodge complaints against provincial departments with the office which have been established at district level across the province.  Muhammad Irshad Hussain Shah, who has been appointed as Adviser for Punjab Ombudsman Javed Mehmood, has asked the people of Chiniot to lodge complaints against inaction of the government departments in district. Talking to media after assuming charge, he told that any person could lodge complaint on paper with a copy of CNIC and an affidavit with his office.
He said that advisers had been appointed at district level to provide quick and free relief to people affected by maladministration and corruption by the government officials.
